By accessing and using ColourMe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ColourMe and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Your Content: You retain all rights to the photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

3. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal capacity to comply with these Terms.
  • You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means (bots).
  • Your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • You own, or have all necessary rights and permissions for, any content you upload.
  • You will not upload explicit, illegal, infringing, exploitative, hateful, or otherwise prohibited content.

4. Prohibited Content and Enforcement

We may refuse, remove, or restrict access to any uploaded content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or platform safety requirements. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in repeated or serious violations.

5. Purchases and Refunds

We sell digital and physical products. Refunds for digital products are generally not provided once the files have been downloaded or accessed, unless there is a technical defect. Physical products may be refunded or replaced if damaged during shipping.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ColourMe from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your uploaded content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time if you violate these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
